Home access details and conversations are sensitive. qlnrs keeps each person's view limited to their own role and their own homes.

  • Role-based access
    Owners only see their own homes. Owners message their cleaning company's admin — never the field crew directly. Postgres row-level security enforces both.
  • Encrypted messages at rest
    Chat bodies are stored AES-256-GCM encrypted and decrypted on the server only for people in the conversation. This is not end-to-end encryption.
  • Works on every device
    Responsive on the web today. A mobile app for field teams is in development.

Good to know

Can I try a live demo without signing up?

Yes. Use Request demo to get three temporary logins (home owner, cleaner admin, and team member) with sample homes and visits. The sandbox expires after 10 days. The tours on this page remain animated walkthroughs if you just want a quick look.

Who creates the cleaning jobs?

Cleaner admins create and schedule jobs. They can also give trusted team members permission to create cleaning jobs, run inspections or assign maintenance.

How does a home owner connect to a cleaning company?

The admin links a home to the owner by email, or the owner adds a home and connects to their company. Once the connection is accepted, extra task requests and chat unlock.

Can owners message the cleaners directly?

No. Owners chat with their cleaner admin, and admins chat with team members. That keeps requests in one place and protects your crew's privacy.

Which time zone does qlnrs use?

Visits are scheduled in the home's own time zone and shown to each person in their local time, so owners and crew in different places always see the right hour.
